If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to send us an email at lightninggamesentertainment@gmail.com
For your base price, we offer to host 10 gamers inside our airconditioned/climate-controlled Gaming Van.
We have the equipment to add extra gamers where required. We have one extra Nintendo Switch inside and under our external awning, we have a PlayStation5 which can host 4 gamers. Total of 15 Gamers at any one time.
We advise our clients to let the kids enjoy their gaming until the end of the gaming session. Breaking the session for a birthday cake literally costs you money for us being there and kids not gaming, but in the end, with you being the host, you can have the birthday cake at any time of your choosing.
We operate across most Brisbane suburbs.
We DO NOT operate on the Gold Coast nor Sunshine Coast.
If you let us know your location, we can advise you if we do or do not operate in your suburb.
When you book with us, you only initially pay a $100 deposit. This secures your preferred date/time of your booking.

That's a good question. Any damaging storms/hail forecasted at the time of your event, then we can reschudule if required. We will communicate with you if this will occur or not.
We can operate in a rainy environment, or even a storm as we have our Gamers within our Gaming Van nice and comfy in a climate controlled area.
When it comes to nasty storms, or predicted hail, we opt to reschedule due to the dangers involved and to minimise damage to our Gaming Van during these events.
We always intend to arrive early, usually 20 minutes early. This allows us to setup and be ready for your booked start time.
If we are to bring our generator along, then we will arrive 30 minutes early.
Unfortunately, we have had to change the way we ask our customers to pay due to previous clients taking their time to pay their accounts. We now require a deposit paid online to confirm the booking, then final payment due one week prior to the booking date/time. We guarantee we will be there at the booking time.
The only thing we ask you to do is:
Supply a minimum of one dual power outlet that is not connected to the kitchen or airconditioner units. We need the powerpoint to be on its own circuit to ensure a smooth experience with no circuit breakers tripping due to other loads.
We need access to the LAN port on the back of your home router. This is used to connect online gaming services to the Gaming Van. If you don't have a connection, or it is not working, we can offer our Onboard 5G Internet use for a small fee if required.
Unfortunately NO. This is because each Gaming Position has their own logon. If the gamers to use their own accounts and they do not remove their accounts, in theory, our next gaming van booking can be using your childs account. If this is the case, your child will be kicked off their own devices. This also may allow our next gaming van booking to use your childs funds or access your credit card via your childs accounts. We do not allow this, but kids being kids, this is a possibility. We are not responsible for your childs actions and if future gaming van bookings purchase something linked to your childs account, then Lightning Games is NOT responsible for repaying any amount spent.
We do offer a base price for our Gaming Van. Ontop of this price are some items you may wish to pay for additionally.

Side Awning - $20/2 hours (free if you hire PS5 VR2)
5G Onboard Internet - $20/2hours
Generator - $140/2hours then $30per hour after that for fuel. Maximum of 5 hours.
Pricing per child for 2 hours as follows:
Our base price includes the first 10 gamers.
Extra gamers are $20 per 2 hours each child. We have one spot available inside our gaming van for an extra gamer but any other gamers over 11, will be using our external awning and our external PlayStation 5. This is a multi-use console with 4 controllers.
There are 2 answers to this question for bringing your own device inside the gaming van.
If we are plugged into your home wifi, then NO you wont have wifi available inside the van.
If we are using our onboard 5G internet, then YES you can have wifi in the van.
Our Gaming Van is approx 8m in length and 2.4m wide and 3.2m high. Our Gamers all sit on the passenger side of the Gaming Van facing the Gaming TVs on the drivers side.
Access is via the rear of the Gaming Van.
We can usually park in a normal long carpark, but if we bring our Generator along, then we need our ramps out the back of the gaming van to take it out of the van. So we may need a larger space.
If we are directed to park in an area that subsides/sinks and we cannot drive out, the customer will be fully responsible for the fee to tow our Gaming Van out of that area. Where we park is usually on hard/firm surfaces such as driveways, kerb side of the road etc.
The simple answer is YES, as long the gamers use our Gaming Van accounts and we have Internet access. Gamers simply link up with Fortnite squads on each console.
Not at all. We take the hit in time as you, nor us, can predict traffic incidents. If we arrive late, we will stay until your time that you booked us is fully expired. You will receive the full Gaming time that you paid for, even if we finish a little later than expected.
