We offer OSHC & Community bookings with no deposit. We will provide the total cost with a quote and invoice payable one week prior to the event.

• Lightning Games is happy to enter into contracts that allow an ongoing mutual arrangement of services. Where two or more bookings are made with OSHC entities, for the same location, within the financial year, we will provide our services, for a cheaper price than standard bookings.

  • Bookings made at the same time for the same OSHC location within the current financial year for 5 hours or more:

    • 1st booking - Standard base fee applies

    • 2nd booking - 5% off our base fee

    • 3rd booking - 7.5% off our base fee

    • 4th booking - 10% off our base fee

  • Bookings made at different times for same OSHC providers, but a different address within the current financial year for 5 hours or more:

    • All booking - Standard base fee applies

• We are usually heavily booked by other OSHC providers and sometimes months in advance. So we highly recommend our OSHC and Community Organisations to book us early to secure your preferred date for your event.

• Most bookings last between 4-6 hours depending on how many kids are going to be gaming.

• We have 11 positions available for OSCH & Community events but note that four positions will be playing the one single game together on one gaming TV. This game will be either Stick Fight, Mario Cart World, Super Smash Brothers and a few others. These games are not violent, but rather entertaining and the kids enjoy toy fighting using the joystock controllers. The children that play these games can obviously swap with the other kids in the van to share the experience when necessary or if required.

• The other 7 positions can play games singularly or can team up with each other depending on the game of choice.
