Deposit required - At time of booking - $100 booking fee applies. If paying by credit or debit card, Lightning Games incurs the costs involved.

Payment Due Date - Lightning Games policy is to ensure we undertake our business in an effective manner. This includes our payment systems. Our policy is that clients should be fully paid-up one week prior to their booked date. We guarantee that we will provide your booked service or your money back. This is our guarantee to our valued clients.

Pricing - To view our pricing, click on the Book Now button. Our booking site shows our pricing (Including fees and taxes). Until 01 October 2026, if you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you may incur bank fees. Note that we do not receive any bank or credit card fees incurred.

Surcharge After Hours (After 5pm). Any booking that finishes after 5pm will attract a 10% surcharge for the period of the booking after 5pm. This is because we still need to pay our staff for after hours work. Eg. If booking between 4-6pm, then 1hr will attract the 10% surcharge.

Current Fuel Surcharge. Unfortunately, we are unable to obsorbe the extra fuel prices until the fuel prices come back to normal. For all future bookings from 9 April 2026 until further notice, our fuel surcharge will be added based on your location from Eatons Hill. This means for each 10km of travel, we will need to pass on an additional $2.10 per 10km of travel.

Best Pricing- Our pricing is usually cheaper than the competition (after fees and taxes). Our competitor shows they look cheaper, until you are charged taxes and expenses at checkout, making them more expensive.

Clean and Fresh - We are the Newest Gaming Van in Brisbane. With modern technology, comfortable seating all within our climate controlled Gaming Van.
