Deposit required - At time of booking - $100 booking fee applies after we accept your chosen date/time. If paying by credit or debit card, Lightning Games incurs the costs involved so you wont be out of pocket.

Payment Due Date - Lightning Games policy is to ensure we undertake our business in an effective manner. This includes our payment systems. Our policy is that clients should be fully paid-up one week prior to their booked date. We guarantee that we will provide your booked service or your money back. This is our guarantee to our valued clients.

Surcharges. Surcharges are payable on the following days/times and allows us to pay the correct Penalty Rates for our employees as per their award.

• Sundays (10%)

• Public Holidays (25%).

• Bookings that conclude after 5pm (10%). (E.g. If a booking is on a Saturday 4-6PM, then a Surcharge will be incurred only for the period of time after 5PM, being one (1) hour.

Late Fees/Cancellations - We reserve the right to incorporate a late fee of $25, for any outstanding amount not received by the invoice date.

If you believe you may be late, please advise us immediately to avoid paying a late fee.

Cancellations - We reserve the right to cancel booked events if necessary. This will only be for issues such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, sickness etc. If Lightning Games cancells your event, a full refund will be available to you. Should our client wish to cancel their booking prior to their booked event, strict timelines are required.
